The quality of service is with out doubt EXCELLENCE. The after care was not mentioned. I had to go back and ask how to maintain my colour.

Lucia provided wonderful service both during the colour and cut. The (pregnant) woman who washed my hair and did the treatment was not as attentive as your usual personnel. She could do with some re-training with regard to thorough but gentle washing and pleasant massaging. Her approach was a bit rough and certainly not relaxing. Otherwise, I felt safe being there with whatever density limit you were observing.

Bit disappointed given that I booked a long blow wave online with a price of $89 ($50 deposit paid at time of booking) however when I finished my appointment i was up for an additional $102 without any discussion prior to! So ended up paying $152 for a service that was meant to cost me $89. Whilst the stylist did a great job, that’s not good customer service!!

Ive been a client of Heading Out for just over a year now, and I have never been let down by the service. On this occasion I just had a blowwave, and even so Caterina did an incredible job at making me feel confident and special. Irrespective of the service, whether it be colour or styling you’re always listened to and your expectations are always exceeded. The staff are all lovely and attentive and I always have a positive experience when I’m in the salon. I highly recommend both Caterina and Mai-Ly, depending on availability I will see either for my colour and I have never been happier with how it looks !!
