I had an appointment for beauty services. That was all very satisfactory. During the session, the beautician mentioned a lash serum. She didn't put any pressure, just mentioned it and said to talk to ***** at reception as she had been using it and had had good results. Unfortunately after using the lash serum which cost about $70ish for three months supply, I developed a bad reaction overnight on both eyes. They were very red and very itchy the next day even though I followed the instructions very carefully. Naturally I don't want to use it again and feel like I have wasted that money. I have never had any reaction to hair or beauty products before and have always been happy with my visits and the services. :-(

Great . Been going for many years now . Only thing this time I would say was the washing of the hair was sloppy/ struggled to get anything other than cold temp and no tea tree oil or whatever it is head massage this time ….. normally that’s the best part Other than this , love my time there and hairdresser this time was great ….. Spanish maybe , but awesome .

Vanessa made me feel safe and looked after, while being a totally professional and knowledgeable human. Yay. I even learnt a few new things about my hair and how to style it. Absolutely coming back again!

I rarely write Google reviews but my experience at Heading Out is worth sharing. As soon as I step through the salon doors, I know I am in good hands, This is a hardworking, professional team who take their craft seriously and also aim to please. They work with you, rather than mind read, or simply go through the motions to get you in and out the door. There are no shortcuts taken in providing a quality service, and the salons have a nice ambiance - a not so bad way to pass a couple of hours, having your locks tended to, or receiving an immaculate manicure. It’s obvious Head Guru, Caterina, has excellent recruitment and training skills, as it doesn’t matter who you see, as everyone’s great at their job! But a special shout out goes to Minh, Jeske, Jasvir, Chiara, Stella and Nona, whose advice and services I rely upon.
