The staff were polite, attentive and friendly without being fake or overbearing. Klara did an amazing job of my new and very different shirt haircut. She was a perfectionist and worked her craft to a tee. Thanks for a great experience!

Zoey, Muskat and (The Vietnamese guy, sorry can't remember his name) are fabulous. I love coming in knowing that those three are always consistent with their service and their jobs. They are such a great trio. I also tried your pedi and mani and unfortunatly i was a little underwhelmed (hence the not perfect score). My toes are still sore because my skin was buffed rather than my nails. I don't think i will get them done again from here. Sorry

I have been coming to you for a while now and you're always great, but I think tis time Helen/Zoe must've been very rushed, as even though I paid for the moisturising treatment I didn't get any head massage at all. I know this isn't actually listed as something you pay for, but I've never not had one before, at any salon, so I felt a little cheated, esp as my hair costs over $300. I've previously been given a 20 minute head massage at your place before, no nothing at all was a bit of a surprise!
