Would be good to have a bit more transparency around costs - ie talk through each of the items on the quote. It was only when I looked at the quote - a couple of treatments were added that I didn't ask for and ended up being the most expense haircut/highlights I've ever had. I was also booked with a level above the hair/colour stylist I'd asked for
