Disappointing to see that " Magazines " post covid are no longer a feature of the overall experience..... Passing time whilst staring into a mirror particularly if waiting for an operator to follow up is counter productive to say the least for customer! Bring back up to date Magazines!!

This was the first visit I actually left feeling disappointed with my hair. I didn't have my usual hairdresser which did make a big difference. Mark is an excellent hairdresser and I will only go back if he is available to cut.

My therapist was great - however yesterday I received a 1/2 leg wax and this morning I’m looking and feeling my legs and there were many large patches missed (I have blonde hair so I understand it can be difficult to see) but ultimately for what I paid and I travelled an hour for my appointment, I’m disappointed with the result.

Very lovely friendly environment and staff, going above and beyond, for customer service. Problem is that it is just to expensive to continue long term.

The usual experienced staff are excellent, but today mostly new faces in the salon. Nice new staff but not sure about their experience.
