I've never left the salon feeling anything but very satisfied. Nicolas, Lucia and Caterina have all cut my hair and I have difficult hair. They are amazing! On one occasion I had a reaction to a serum I bought, my sensitivity, and they couldn't have been nicer about me returning it and gave me a full refund no questions asked. True professionals :-)
