First time visiting and I think it is such a beautiful Salon setting Professional stylist did an amazing job on my hair Highly recommend and definitely will be returning. Salon has a good vibe and can get beauty treatments like nails done in between services Massage chair while you get your hair washed and always make sure my tea was topped up excellent service they take attention to fine details.

Mai-Ly was fully focussed and did an exceptional job of listening to my colouring/cut/styling preferences to deliver great hair. I arrived at the salon with brassy, damaged hair from services received elsewhere in the past year, but I knew that I could trust Heading Out to fix things. Catalina consulted with me throughout, kindly nudging me to give my hair the best chance through a decent cut and treatment. I don't regret it. In the past seven years I have always left the salon feeling amazing and cared for. First with Klara, then Zoe, and now Mai-Ly. The entire team is always friendly, attentive and hard-working, from ensuring you're always comfortable and hydrated, to the amazing head massages and excellent hair services and products. You never feel rushed or trivialised. The advice/delivery is expert and underscored by Catalina's award winning career and experience. Overall, a great end-to-end experience that's well worth the spend.
