I was recommended heading out by my mum. When i left after my appointment I was more than satisfied, as I get the colour outcome I desired, whilst maintaining the integrity of my hair which is super important. May-Ly you are a gem!

I’m very happy with my hair after visiting the salon. The staff are warm & friendly without being intrusive, very professional and do great quality work. Except for the coughing client sitting opposite me with no mask, (I hope she hasn’t been in Sydney, a question is needed for contact tracing), my experience at Heading Out was very enjoyable and relaxing, lovely to be pampered in a nice environment after a long arduous year. 🙂

I have been a client for many many years and on Sunday things just fell together perfectly. The two Italian women who coloured (tall brunette) and cut (shorter bleach blonde) my hair were perfection ... they were polite, professional and attended to me with care. I also liked how the manager was there overseeing everything on Sunday. The time before this visit I had left very disappointed but all is now forgiven! I'm not sure if there has been a change the last few months but, if there has, it's certainly for the better. Possibly my previous visit was an outlier. I must admit I was not a huge fan of the dogs but I think, on balance, any workplace is better with dogs around and I loved how much your staff appeared to enjoy them being there. We have had a terribly difficult 12 months and if dogs make your staff and others happy, you must have them there always. Thank you!
