I'd like to thank Mark for the care he took with my hair/head today. Many hairdressers tend to yank when combing and blowdrying my long hair. This is really jarring, and quite an unpleasant experience. Mark is always careful to ensure my head barely moves - and still manages to produce an excellent result. Also, it was blissful receiving a wash and hair treatment while reclining on the (newish) luxurious massage chair. Heading Out certainly made me feel like a genuinely valued customer.

Zoey, Muskat and (The Vietnamese guy, sorry can't remember his name) are fabulous. I love coming in knowing that those three are always consistent with their service and their jobs. They are such a great trio. I also tried your pedi and mani and unfortunatly i was a little underwhelmed (hence the not perfect score). My toes are still sore because my skin was buffed rather than my nails. I don't think i will get them done again from here. Sorry
