Danny and Clara are an excellent team and always create a unique look which gains me many compliments. I am really appreciative of their knowledge and skills and feel very lucky to have developed a very productive relationship with them over a long period of time. Washing hair skill should be improved, feel like my hair is not washed properly as his fingers only touch the surface of my hair. Apart from that, the rest are fine :)

Hello, I love going to Heading Out Fitzroy. I feel very looked after and nurtured. A little negative feedback though - the arm chairs upstairs are pretty conspicuous in their very worn appearance - which doesn't fit with the pristine look of the overall salon. Instead of some of the art (especially that big flower thing upstairs which can't be appreciated properly as you can't get far enough away from it to view it), perhaps invest in new arm chairs. I look forward to my next appointment in a few weeks.
