The staff are beyond amazing. Every single time. I left this time with not quite the colour I was going for, but I will try harder to communicate next time incase that’s my fault. I had a plan with my previous colourist but she’s on leave, so I think I assumed notes were in the system too but I should of explained in greater detail (basically I wanted to go lighter or with blonde/light brown highlights) but came out with dark brown and maybe even a bit almost red.... tricky! Will be back though and try to slow down and talk it through properly with photos. I come back because of the staff/Service. Totally amazing, caring people. Highly recommend.

Everything was great. I cannot recommend it enough. That said, the only little consideration I have is about the rigidity of rescheduling an appointment, especially if it’s within the last 2 days before the appointment. While I understand the motive behind (driving non serious people away), the fact remains that serious customers can sometimes find themselves in a situation where they genuinely need to reschedule an appointment, even a day before the appointment, and they should be offered the option to do so, especially that they have already paid a full deposit! So offering the option of simply rescheduling- and not cancelling - the appointment would seem very sensible to me.
