The staff were lovely and the haircut was great, but I wouldn't recommend going there for a beard trim. I had to go to a barber to get it fixed up.

My consultant was late for my appointment - by around 40 minutes. This is the first time this has happened. It didn't matter today as I had no other commitments, but it could have been really inconvenient.

Normally I would receive a text or phone call asking for confirmation but this time I received an email about 1 hour before my appointment time that only by chance I saw. It was very badly written, very poor spelling and punctuation and reflects poorly on all your staff and the salon's image
