Again the dynamic duo of Klara and Danny does it again. Klara is an expert colourist especially for those wanting healthy shiny platinum blonde hair!!! Danny is a creative mastermind and his cuts hold their shape and indeed morph into a style that ALWAYS looks good between cuts. For colour and cut, I highly recommend the experienced and creative Klara and Danny. Plus they are exceptionally lovely and genuine people. It's always a pleasure to see them again....like visiting your best friend!

My experience with heading out and in particular Parundar was excellent today. She made up for the inconvenience of the day before where my booking which I made at the time of purchase- Scoopon deal for the 6/9/17 at 12 noon was not entered into the computer and there was nobody available to honour my booking for that day so l had to make another booking for today. Being a business owner myself, there is never enough hours in the day and appointments need to be made well in advance. Luckily l was able to shuffle some things around, it's just hard to change things around at the last minute, expensive and time consuming. The other thing l would like to bring up was the actual deal. It read, or was taken by me as a prospective new customer to be a style( which to me generally means a cut a style cut) colour and blow wave. I was a bit bewildered when l was told it was a colour and a blow wave and that l would have to pay for the haircut. l paid $21.00 for a fringe cut. Parking, there was 2 hour parking across the road, initially l was feeling anxious thinking about the parking meter and how much time I have left. It certainly took some of the shine away from fully enjoying a relaxing quiet me time. I do have praise for Parundar, apart from being beautiful, she is very polite and did make me feel very relaxed, in fact l was falling asleep at the wash basin and in the chair. She is very attentive and really listened to what l wanted. Congratulations Parundar and thank-you.

Hi I only popped in for a discussion about hair straightening - Helen was lovely (exceptionally lovely and informative and accomodating) and I am coming in on Friday for terre a mer. It seems very expensive but if it works I will be happy. I know Heading Out is dear but if the results are there I am happy to pay. While there I saw that you offered waxing and was lucky enough to get an eyebrow wax by Clara which was great.

Lovely experience lovely staff If I had to pick anything for feedback to improve it would be to provide the quote with the consultation not once you are seated in the appt with the service to commence and maybe not move you around from chair to chair so much (5). But as I said will be coming back!!

I really enjoyed my experience at Heading Out. The hairdressers were friendly and welcoming, and very professional. My appointment was for training purposes so I wasn't expecting miracles, but overall I was happy with my hair. The only feedback I'd like to give is that the colour was warmer/more orangey than I expected and i've never had issues with my hair colour not lifting enough in the past so I'm not sure if the peroxide was a low vol or if it wasn't left in long enough. It's only a minor thing and i would still return in the future, however, I might be more insistent on a cooler tone next time as it's definitely on the warmer side. Overall a good experience
