Unfortunately I won’t be back, I have been coming best part of a year, my stylist who I always book is always running late and always seems to have a few clients on the go, therefore keeps handing me over to either a newly qualified or someone who is only training, I am certainly not knocking the young girls but I am not paying cheap, I am paying for one of the more experienced stylists and for the last 3 times have been handed over to a junior which unfortunately do not have the experience to do my hair the way I like it. Today was the final straw, my colour which was done off a newly qualified was all wrong, I have a couple of different colours in and on one side it’s obvious that the colour was put on wrong as i have a broad band of bright blonde rather than alternating colours. My roots were also not done which I always have done, when I pointed this out I was told I wasn’t booked in for that , only half a head of highlights and lowlights which took 3 and a half hours I agree the younger ones have to learn but I always pay extra for an experienced stylist, if I want to let the less experienced practice on my hair, I can go to the local college for a fraction of the price. I am sorry to be negative about today’s visit but hopefully yous act on it and improve your service.
