Julie runs such a wonderful business and I love that when I get my haircut, I feel like I am visiting friends. I went to a barber for many years but came to How Bizarre because I missed the head massages too much. It is testament to Julie that 3 years later I am still coming and get my hair cut every 2 weeks. The only feedback I would give is for the team to never forget how important that head massage is. Some weeks it can feel like an imposition to get your hair washed by some of the team but that for me is the deal sealer for my repeat business. Thanks for another great year. Cheers - Mark
