Absolutely appalling I booked this appointment 2 months ago asking for bouncy curls and all I got was flat hair with frizz The stylist didn't even smooth my hair out before starting and when I said I wasn't happy with it she started to get annoyed Will never go back Waste of $75 considering I had to redo my hair when I got home
