There are chunks of orange two inches down all under my hair. I am mortified and will have to go and get it fixed at another hairdresser. I asked for a few subtle highlights and the colourist ruined my hair with more of my hair bleached than not. I asked for a few highlights similar to last time I got it coloured at Inch. The colour is exactly what I asked to NOT have. There is chucks of hair colored like stripes two inches down. The rest is just like tiger stripes. I asked for subtle highlights like last time... This colourist has RUINED my hair. The colourist didn’t even check on me after I was washed. In 27 years of going to hairdressers I’ve never had the apprentice wash and finish hair completely with no acknowledgement from the colourist again after putting the bleach on. My hair was dripping wet underneath when I left the salon. I have been coming to INCH for years and usually love it but am afraid I won’t be back after these ugly stripes and awful experience.

It was such a pleasant surprise and relief to come across you guys. I’ve just loved to Sydney and was scared to try a new hairdresser after having the same one for over 5 years.. But you girls were amazing and it feels so good have found my new hairdresser! I’ll be back, thank you Xx

Emma and the girls were outstanding today. I had a tough brief and was feeling flat. But left so happy and energised. The salon is funky and loved. Thank you everyone :)

Ashton has looked after me the 3 times I have visited Inch at Randwick and I cannot speak more highly of her. She is always happy and has a caring nature but more importantly, my hair always looks great!
