I have been a client of this salon for 4 years. I usually book with the same people (Eliza or Felicia) because they always understand what I want and take care of my hair. However, the last time I went to get the color done, I was attended by another stylist, the result was not what I expected. I asked for small highlights on my brunette hair in Ash tones. Finally the stylist suggested after showing him a photo, to make a balayage. The result was reddish tones. In addition he did not use heat protector when he style my hair.

Service is always good here but price can vary very widely. There are so many good hairdressers in the area so unless you are willing to spend a week's rent without the hairdresser consulting you, try somewhere else :)

I got a quote for cut n blow dry 2ce by 2 different staff for $110. Sunday rate with $10 extra I was advised that I need a wash by the 3rd staff who worked on my hair. I was advised the cost came to $120 when the work was done. I love the styled cut, the result however I didn’t appreciate the change of the cost by the 3rd staff. I couldn’t be bothered about the under quote, over charge. How this communication of the initial quote Had not reached the 3rd staff

The service from the hairdresser was good. The service from the person who washed my hair was ok, i did end up finding dye in and around my ears, a quick wash which would not normally bother however i thought the price was steep for the hour i was there. $140 for roots only is expensive and unfortunately not affordable. It would have been good to have been advised on price at the start considering the website indicates from $85, it would have been nice to know i was going to be charged $140, so i could ask why the difference.

The lady that did my hair was very nice, unfortunately I didn’t like the outcome I wanted to get a balayage and I understand how bleaching my hair will damage it but my hair after this feels so unhealthy and it looks patched. So sad because the place is so nice and the staff is lovely! I hope I was only a mistake from the hairdresser.

I was the first into the store so the hairdresser seemed a bit rushed when I came in. There was little to no small talk which made me feel a bit awkward. The actual haircut was great, however overpriced. I got a wash, cut and blow dry and had a $20 off voucher yet it still came to $99. For that much money you want it to be a bit more of an experience, more conversation to make it more personal and offered a coffee or Prosecco. I’ve had cuts here before with other staff who were pre warm, welcoming and conversationable.
