I got a quote for cut n blow dry 2ce by 2 different staff for $110. Sunday rate with $10 extra I was advised that I need a wash by the 3rd staff who worked on my hair. I was advised the cost came to $120 when the work was done. I love the styled cut, the result however I didn’t appreciate the change of the cost by the 3rd staff. I couldn’t be bothered about the under quote, over charge. How this communication of the initial quote Had not reached the 3rd staff

First time appointment at Inch and very impressed. Felicia was amazing - very knowledgeable and walked out loving my hair!

Excellent experience. I had the last appt for the night and everyone was so friendly and chirpy. Liz was wonderful and will definitely be going back :)

The lady that did my hair was very nice, unfortunately I didn’t like the outcome I wanted to get a balayage and I understand how bleaching my hair will damage it but my hair after this feels so unhealthy and it looks patched. So sad because the place is so nice and the staff is lovely! I hope I was only a mistake from the hairdresser.
