Katie was so kind and gentle, in every sense! Her beautiful ritual was the very best way to start off the appointment, and she listened to exactly what I wanted, even though I wasn’t even sure! I left with the best cut I’ve had in years, and the styling was to perfection 🤌🏽 I’ve never left a salon and not come straight home to ‘fix’ my hair, but yesterday all I could do was stare at myself in the mirror loving everything she’d done for me. I’m so happy to have found the most gorgeous salon in syd (!!) and the kindest, most talented stylist. Can’t wait to come back!

Simply loved my time at INCH salon today. I was a new client and Caroline was so lovely, knowledgeable and a joy to be around. Excellent value for money.

Visited for a blow dry and had a wonderful experience. Staff were warm, friendly, attentive and really listened to what I wanted. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. Would highly recommend!

It has been a great experience each time so far. A surprise today as my regular stylist was not available and the replacement was a delight and full of surprises, all good. Thank you Felicia. Looking forward to seeing Jakob again next time, or Felicia, if not. Nice team. I will be back soon enough. This survey is almost impossible to read, even wearing glasses. I can barely write so tiny. No other complaints though.

Service is always good here but price can vary very widely. There are so many good hairdressers in the area so unless you are willing to spend a week's rent without the hairdresser consulting you, try somewhere else :)
