just a little unhappy with the cost of the service. It was almost 300 for a semi and blow wave. I get it is extra as i have a lot of hair but was in the salon four months ago and i think it was around 180 or 190 for the same price. It looked ok when i left but when i arrived home i noticed the colour is slightly lighter and has a slightly red tinge. Also my hair so colour is uneven and she didn’t match it properly. I was happy the first time i came colour was perfect i asked for the same colour and am u sure if that’s what I got. Probably won’t be back if that will be the price moving forward. I attached a picture , it’s not the best. But you can sort of see it’s lighter at top and darker on the bottom. I know the review is a little late, just seeing it now as it went to junk

The space is lovely but as I was having my hair washed the young girl who was washing my hair was talking to another hairdresser about the party she was attending on the weekend and the outfit she was wearing. She was not interested in me at all. I came to relax and have a nice wash and blow dry but the wash was only done once and the massage for less than 5 mins. The girls were nice but I found it extremely unprofessional.

Unhappy with the quality of customer service received. My appointment was moved twice in two days and i had to cancel other appointments i had that day. I called and asked if a haircut could be added to my appointment I was told of course and that they had added it. When i turned up to my appointment and asked the stylist if my haircut was added she advised that it wasn't and told me that she would be with another client and wouldn't be able to do my haircut. However as i was sitting in the chair with my wet hair i saw the stylist walking around to the back fluffing around and no client in sight. I felt that i was so flexible with them that surely they could fit me in but obviously that didn't matter. I won't waste my time again.

Had an appointment at 7pm but had to wait over 20mins for the hair stylist to acknowledge and to advise I had to wait a further 5mins, which was actually 10mins. Hence, 30mins waiting- unprofessional
