It’s my third appointment and I’m not sure I’ll be back. I felt like an inconvenience to the person doing my hair - like a nuisance that was booked in by mistake. Seemed rushed and didn’t provide conversation or advice. I could have gone to the barber. No offer of a tea or coffee, and the haircut wasn’t up to the usual standard.

Had an appointment at 7pm but had to wait over 20mins for the hair stylist to acknowledge and to advise I had to wait a further 5mins, which was actually 10mins. Hence, 30mins waiting- unprofessional

Got my hair done at Inch Randwick I was looked after by a new stylist and my haircut isn’t as good as it usually is when I get it done by Katie

My hair turned out OK, but it still looks like regrowth to me as no highlights were added. The colour does blend but not what I wanted. My hair felt sticky and the dye was still all around my hair line when I left. Had to rewash when I got home. The hairdresser who cut my hair was really good though and I definitely would go back just to see her! Shame as I was looking forward to finding a new salon.

just a little unhappy with the cost of the service. It was almost 300 for a semi and blow wave. I get it is extra as i have a lot of hair but was in the salon four months ago and i think it was around 180 or 190 for the same price. It looked ok when i left but when i arrived home i noticed the colour is slightly lighter and has a slightly red tinge. Also my hair so colour is uneven and she didn’t match it properly. I was happy the first time i came colour was perfect i asked for the same colour and am u sure if that’s what I got. Probably won’t be back if that will be the price moving forward. I attached a picture , it’s not the best. But you can sort of see it’s lighter at top and darker on the bottom. I know the review is a little late, just seeing it now as it went to junk

My initial experience was great . I went in for a keratin treatment , I was told that this would straighten my hair and cut out the frizz however it just reduce my curls to a wavy texture and cut down the frizz by only 60% I did not wash my hair for 48 hours as advised and did not tie it but even then when i washed it off with a keratin smooth shampoo it still came back as a bit frizzy and the curls still there It definitely is a better texture but still not what I expected or was told . So definitely not worth the money I spent
