I found the male who takes the booking over the phone to be abrupt . I think service begins with the first person you speak to and there has been multiple times when my friends and family have all found their phone interactions with the male on the phone as being unwelcoming. On the other hand the hairdressers are nothing but warm and courteous, making the actual in salon experience great!!

I’m very happy with results this time. Jakob is great and very quick to comprehend my hair needs and desires. Very agreeable and easy to talk to. I will return sooner this time. Ps - This is blindingly tiny script and format. I can barely read what I’m writing.
