While I was at my appointment, a situation occurred with one of the other clients who was an elderly lady seeming to be a bit lost and confused. She was waiting for her hair colour to settle in while the lovely staff attended to their other clients. When she began to get agitated, the team notified her husband (who she was looking for) and waited till he came to help settle her. While waiting she became more confused and lost and the whole team really handled the situation with grace and care. They washed out her colour as well as guided to her chair to get her hair dried by the team. I understand it’s not common for such situations to occur and no one is every really trained in life for these kinds of instances but the team did an amazing job and managing the situation and trying to make it as calm and smooth as possible. Great job team!!
