The service from the hairdresser was good. The service from the person who washed my hair was ok, i did end up finding dye in and around my ears, a quick wash which would not normally bother however i thought the price was steep for the hour i was there. $140 for roots only is expensive and unfortunately not affordable. It would have been good to have been advised on price at the start considering the website indicates from $85, it would have been nice to know i was going to be charged $140, so i could ask why the difference.

Eliza is absolutely amazing, unfortunately she was off when i went in for my appointment. It would be nice from a customer service touch, that you make contact advising that Eliza isn't available as i would've rescheduled. The 2 experiences i had when Eliza wasn't available were not quality service. Interaction was poor.

I was thrilled with the service and haircut Amy did. She was lovely and very professional and consulted with me before she did anything. I was so impressed I have booked a further cut and colour with her in 6 weeks time. I have had numerous friends ask me where I had my hair cut and are thinking of going to see Amy too.

Susan managed to undo the damage I did during lockdown, she always listens to understand what I want and never fails to deliver the blonde goods! She is friendly and relatable, can’t ask for more.

awesome experience and lovely staff! absolutely love how well the colour turned out and how it turned out exactly how I wanted it :) will definitely be back!
