Although I was very happy with the service I received, I was extremely disappointed to find out that my online bookings through the Inch Hair Randwick site, were made with another stylist, despite the 9 email confirmations I received, confirming the stylist with whom I had booked. I was advised that these bookings are done through a third party and that Inch Hair Randwick have no control over the online bookings.

I love the professionalism of the team and I am always happy with the result after 2 years. Service is excellent and the place is really comfortable, except for one spot: the shampoo basin... always hurting my neck after 5 minutes so I find it hard to relax! Apart from that, everything is perfect!

Went in for a simple trim and Phillip did a fantastic cut and blow. My hair looks and feels amaaaazing.
