Susan was amazing, I have curly textured hair which not many know how to handle and she took the time to get to know my hair and gave me an amazing cut. She even took the time to style at the end. At no point did I feel rushed even though them being crazy busy post lockdown. After not going to a hairdresser in years due to bad experience this has restored my faith.

It’s still a bit early to be certain about the outcome. I generally need a week to tell. Also, it’s a work in progress getting my desired look. I do have very difficult hair. I will definitely be back though. I like the salon and the staff. Will miss Jakob though.

Very happy with Eliza who understood what I wanted. I have curly hair which can be difficult to style but the cut was very good & still looks good even after I have washed it & styled it myself since then

I was kinda sad hence it got quoted one rate when made appointment and then got charged $45 on top of that. Otherwise my hair looks very nice, some bots of hair next to the face frame should have done bit better. Generally good experience

I was the first into the store so the hairdresser seemed a bit rushed when I came in. There was little to no small talk which made me feel a bit awkward. The actual haircut was great, however overpriced. I got a wash, cut and blow dry and had a $20 off voucher yet it still came to $99. For that much money you want it to be a bit more of an experience, more conversation to make it more personal and offered a coffee or Prosecco. I’ve had cuts here before with other staff who were pre warm, welcoming and conversationable.

The lady that did my hair was very nice, unfortunately I didn’t like the outcome I wanted to get a balayage and I understand how bleaching my hair will damage it but my hair after this feels so unhealthy and it looks patched. So sad because the place is so nice and the staff is lovely! I hope I was only a mistake from the hairdresser.
