i am very busy with long and unpredictable hours. one Monday i was doing the local ring around to try to get an appointment anywhere and Wendy answered. even though it was not an open day she saw me that day - having the owner involved in the salon makes an enormous difference and the cut and color where the best Ive had. i have been a loyal (but erratic due to my work) customer ever since and still appreciate being fitted in that Monday.
