I always enjoy my visits to Ink whenever I visit Brisbane from Emerald. Wendy is just the most wonderful beauty/hair professional I have ever encountered. For me, my visits are always a "treat" in every sense of the word and I leave Wendy's salon feeling very rejuvenated (and looking the way I want to). Wendy's "girls" are just beautiful and welcoming as well as very well trained and very professional. They add to the ambiance of the Salon and are indeed a wonderful reflection of Wendy herself. Ink is the best hairdressing salon I've ever used and I've been going there for the last 8 years - I won't go anywhere else now. Wendy, Heather and Katie are supremely skilled and their advice is invaluable. My haircut suits me (other hairdressers don't consider the whole person, face shape, time, client's skill, etc) and my hair and scalp is now in superb condition - something other hairdressers have never been able to get right.

Love the salon and always enjoy visiting and the hair styles I recieve. Everyone is warm and welcoming and i love there honest advice. One thought would be the cost of very short hair cuts and colours. I understand that cutting short hair is definetly a skill worth paying for but the colour pricing is a bit steep when i pay the same price for a crop as my friend who has hair down to her shoulders.

I have been so happy with my hair stylist (Heather) every time. She is so professional and has given me the best cuts/colour I have had. I have not had a lot to do with the lady who owns the salon, except on one occasion where she was quite rude to me however, I spoke with her on the phone the other day while she was asking me to reschedule my appointment. For someone who works in the service industry, she has no customer service skills and I will not go back and support her salon. Its a shame as the rest of the team has always been friendly.
