First visit for Colour correction so a tricky process to give exact timings for, consequently was at salon for sometime however Wendy's expert advice and experience was worth it. She has lifted a block of black home dyed hair into a beautiful depth of more natural colour with highlights that frame and excentuate the cut and shape of my face. As part of service a follow up appt on Tues will allow colour to have settled and any extra highlights added if needed. Very happy to have discovered Wendy and her talent.

The salon is professional and you can tell everyone is passionate about the industry, and it was clear to me that staff keep them self educated in hair care and new styles. I know this from the advice i have been given every time iv visited. The staff all have stunning hair cuts. Not like some places where you walk in to be greeted by someone with extensions and bleached blond feral hair. One thing that may affect your business in a negative way is the dogs. I am a big dog person i love dogs and dont mind one bit when the dogs are in the salon, however you seem to attract high end clients. Some people may not like dogs or be allergic to animals etc which may lead to them not coming back. But i love them ;)

This was my first visit to the salon, I had previously been having trouble finding a hairdresser I liked, Ink is well locate with ample parking, lovely décor and friendly staff. They listened to what I wanted and advised me accordingly.

Lose the very long acrylic nails - there is nothing worse than having you hair catch and pull under them while your hair is being washed. You can't use your nails as a comb.
