Insignia is my local salon and I would not go anywhere else for my beauty treatments. The staff are super friendly and the quality of the service is top class. I only have one point of constructive feedback - I had a massage recently and was really cold during the experience. The massage was lovely but the room was very cold and there was only a towel covering me so it kind of took away from the relaxation of the experience slightly.
