My first experience was great, I walked out with not one complaint. I wish I could say the same for my second time. It took 3 hours for a colour and cut due to the amount of people squeezed into appointments. I was left laying with my head in a plastic basin for over 30 mins when it was supposed to be 10 mins,, after which I was left for another 15 mins with soaking wet hair. Finally my hair was cut and blow dried in such a rush that I walked out with my hair still partly wet. Later that night my husband tells me my hair is cut crooked at the back. I ring the salon asking if it could be fixed and an appt was made for the following day. The following day I arrive for my appt on time and was made to wait 90 mins before being seen. That is not acceptable to make someone wait that long, when an appt was made at a certain time, more so due to the fact I was there to have my hair fixed. After all that, it looks like my hair has been cut in one straight line rather than styled and it is still crooked.

I was double booked initially and had to wait 2 months for a weekend Then at my appointment they didn't book my manicure in the package and I had to come back again to finish the manicure Everything was rushed Extremely disappointed and i would never go back

Wasn’t treated like a client. Everything was rushed a long with no real care. The lady did my hair in 2 seconds with out a care. It’s now blotchy in places. The cut was so rushed just to get me out that it’s all jaggered. I’ve been there before and it was great but this was miserable.

The initial quote was $140 (just a colour for medium length hair - no cut, treatments or styling) - but it ended up being close to $400 with poor reasons given as to the massive price increase (application of bleach, covering greys, matching a colour to my natural colour - I thought these were normal "colour" things?). I sat for over 3 hours just for a result I'm not happy with, they definitely understood what I wanted before starting, but it turned out different to what I asked for. Different staff kept attending to my hair including an apprentice, they seem to swap clients/tasks whenever they feel like it, so I think miscommunication between multiple staff led to the poor outcome and caused delays. One of the ladies came up and took a photo of me without consent and no explanation given. In the hours I was there I had a cup of water and a biscuit, towards the end of my visit I seen another customer enjoying a glass of wine and a selection of cheese and crackers on a wooden board. I asked a lady attending me, "do you do wine and cheese?" and she explained how they do offer that to customers - it wasn't offered to me though. My wet hair was blowdried in a rush with little care at the end. After my visit I realised I still had grey hairs that hadn't been covered properly, as well as the application of colour was really patchy. I honestly feel embarrassed and regretful at the amount of money I spent. And my hair needs to be fixed because I can't hide the uneven colour. I will never return, it was a very expensive mistake.

Very disappointed. Have had many facials but must say this the worst facial ever experienced. Was more like a face wash and then throw on some cream. Not the relaxing experience I had been anticipating and came away feeling that it was not worth the time or money.

I booked a 12PM appointment, when I got to the desk I was told there would be a 10 minute wait with no explanation or apology. When I finally got seen it was after 40 minutes of waiting I was finally seen. The hair dresser I had was really friendly and nice and tried to get my hair done which was good. However being kept waiting 40 minutes past my booking is not acceptable. I also said I wouldn't get a blow dry to save money and had a small trim that took all of 2 minutes and was charged $30 for a cut and blow dry. A blow dry I never received and a small trim that took barely 2 minutes. I was dissapointed with the owners lack of care keeping me waiting and the over priced services for something they didn't even provide. Left most dissapointed.
