Salon was good overall happy. However $16 for an instant treatment which involves putting a bit of serum in your hair is a bit steep. I could buy a botttle of treatment that would last for weeks at that price. Would go again but definetly don't recommend the treatments they offer for hair

The hairdressers were lovely however there was an issue with their online booking system and the hairdresser that I had booked my daughter in for two weeks ago was not the hair dresser my daughter had on the day. The Manager did offer to reschedule for another day but my daughter was already having her hair washed at that point. The moment I Walked in I clearly said that I was here for my 2.30 appointment with Mitch. I guess it would had been more appreciated at that point to be advised that he was not in?? I also got told by two separate hair dressers that Mitch finished at 12 and another said he wasn't in at all?? My daughter isn't overly happy with her hair cut and wants to go to another hair dresser as she was talked out of a fringe and her hair sits longer on one side. Quite frustrating as considering a student cut at $45.00 isn't cheap to begin with. Probably just the wrong day to come in but enough for me to look elsewhere unfortunately.

I didn't receive any professional advice as I knew what I was after, so I didn't really rate this. Tell your clients what you are doing at the basin - I had about 4 things go in my hair & was not told what was going in. The 2 previous times I was there I did have toner put in - both those times it was left in for a while, this time it was rinsed out immediately after being massaged into my scalp & combed through. Also the 2 previous times I had the same stylist, Alana (who I was happy with) & expected to see her at this appointment. I was confused when I was told my appointment was with someone else. Nobody had told me about the whereabouts of Alana & I found out about her whereabouts whilst eavesdropping on another conversation next to me. Let the clients of particular stylists know when their appointment will need to be with someone else. I loved Alana's work both times & told this stylist I wanted to have the exact same blonde to natural colour ratio, just touch up the roots of the existing blonde. I specifically said I did not want to be more blonde than what I was. However, when I had a good look in the mirror when I got home I didn't like my hair - I am a lot more blonde on top & more natural underneath - it almost looks 2 toned. This is not what I requested & I am very disappointed. The look I am after is dominant natural with some blonde highlights throughout (which is what I would like for my wedding next year). Now I feel like I'll need to get a colour matching my natural colour put through next time - an added expense which should not incur. My stylist constantly stopped to assist people at the front desk - she apologised each time, however perhaps you could consider having a permanent front desk person. Overall I loved the 2 previous appointments - this one was quite disappointing.
