As my hair dried out more, a pink hue was more evident. My husband’s reaction that night was of shock. My work colleagues all describe the colour as pink. The photo attached is of my hair before the first home wash. I was hoping the next wash would calm the colour down. But the pink just became more evident. I put the hair treatment on yesterday and my hair still has a pink brassy tone. I was pleased with the cut and I am sure the hairdresser is experienced, but this colour has not turned out as myself (the client) nor hairdresser expected. The colour is meant to be dark. I need to have this hair colour fixed.

Easy to book but beautician was a bit rough in waxing and handling and holding arm. She twisted my skin and held my arm so hard to the point I had to asked her to be a bit more considerate

I went in for a full head of foils, looking to go lighter. I left with a similar colour, darker roots and a couple bright highlights at the front of my hairline making me look like Anna from frozen..

Very disappointed in my eyebrow wax, the beautician did not listen to what i wanted. some hair was missed. I now have to go and pay out more money to get them redone. I personally wont be a returning customer

I usually enjoy my experience and like my haircut and colour. But unfortunately I wasn't as impressed this time. Cost me about $60-70 more than usual (I think I had an extra treatment), and did not like my colour- looks very streaky, particularly at the back, and isn't very visually appealing. Had to go back to have my cut fixed. The fix was better, but still have had to change my hair part to make my fringe/layers more symmetrical. Wasn't the worst hair cut/colour I have had, but I felt it wasn't to the usual standards.
