I always feel welcome and cared for when I visit Insignia. The staff always have a friendly, professional welcome to new and returning customers and take time to provide advise of services they can offer to best suit each individual’s need, whether this is for some much needed self-care pampering or whether you want to spoil a loved one. There is a great work culture there as you can see the staff support one another and have fun together, which makes for a wonderful environment to walk into as a customer.

Great salon, they go out of their way to help you. They are the only salon that I have ever returned to. All of their hairdressers are friendly and talented.

I usually enjoy my experience and like my haircut and colour. But unfortunately I wasn't as impressed this time. Cost me about $60-70 more than usual (I think I had an extra treatment), and did not like my colour- looks very streaky, particularly at the back, and isn't very visually appealing. Had to go back to have my cut fixed. The fix was better, but still have had to change my hair part to make my fringe/layers more symmetrical. Wasn't the worst hair cut/colour I have had, but I felt it wasn't to the usual standards.

The only issue I have is the condition of the toilets. The floors were dirty, there were no paper towel holders, just rolls let on a handrail, the toilet seat was almost falling off, one toilet had no lighting if you closed the door, the floor of the access to the toilets was also dirty.
