I was double booked initially and had to wait 2 months for a weekend Then at my appointment they didn't book my manicure in the package and I had to come back again to finish the manicure Everything was rushed Extremely disappointed and i would never go back

This was my first time at Insignia, and from the time I entered the building I was treated amazingly! And the head massage I got when my hair was being washed was amazing!!!!

Fantastic haircut from Simone. Exactly how I wanted it. I love going to this salon, besides the talent of the hairdressers, it is a lovely relaxing experience. I always leave happy and feeling like I have been pampered even if I have only had a cut.

I love going to Insignia. The girls are incredible at their job and do exactly what I ask and more for my hair, even when I can hardly explain it myself. I always leave feeling beautiful and happy.
