A friend highly recommended I have my hair done with Natalie H. at Insignia in Penrith. Natalie & I clicked straight away. She made me feel welcome, she listened attentively to what I wanted to do with my hair, she gave professional advice & valuable suggestions. All the staff are so friendly & the saloon has a fantastic atmosphere. I am so happy with the results, my new colour is perfect & my hair feels amazing. I cant wait for my next appointment already!

Have never had a bad experience here. 3 generations in our family get our hair done here & love it. 80yr old mother gets hair, massages & nails done & the team treat her like a queen. The entire team take the best care of all their clients.

Always feel so comfortable and completely taken care of with every visit. Whether you’re just getting a simple blowout or the full glam experience, every single staff member treats you with kindness and professionalism. Would not go anywhere else. The services they provide are worth every cent and the care they take with every single person who walks through the door will leave you feeling like a million bucks. Honestly, for self care, it’s better than therapy! ❤️
