I really like this salon. The staff are always friendly and the quality of work is always amazing. I sprung a vintage updo of victory rolls on them and they executed it perfectly. They listen to what you want and give advice if what you want can't be done within the 1 appointment. Value for money is great too. Not overpriced at all. I recommend this business to everyone. Thank you insignia team :)

My experience at the day spa was great, I will definitely visit again. Just a little feedback - It would have been great if someone had sat with me when I arrived to take me through the treatment I was going to receive and explain what was happening first and what to expect, it seemed a little disconnected and although I booked the treatment and had an idea of what I was getting, it would have been nice for a professional to take me through the treatment beforehand. It was also a little awkward having to carry my clothes and bag around from room to room, it would have been a nice experience if there as a basket to place my belongings or even a bag for me to place them in rather than risking dropping my bra in transit. All in all, the experience was lovely, the ladies were great and I would definitely recommend it. Just those few tweaks would set you apart from competitors in the area and make the whole experience more luxurious.

I love the location, so nice looking out the windows. But I will only be able to do those stairs for another couple of years with the arthritis in my knees.

Very friendly, great advice, great coffee and the basin chairs are the most comfortable I've ever sat in.
