My first experience was great, I walked out with not one complaint. I wish I could say the same for my second time. It took 3 hours for a colour and cut due to the amount of people squeezed into appointments. I was left laying with my head in a plastic basin for over 30 mins when it was supposed to be 10 mins,, after which I was left for another 15 mins with soaking wet hair. Finally my hair was cut and blow dried in such a rush that I walked out with my hair still partly wet. Later that night my husband tells me my hair is cut crooked at the back. I ring the salon asking if it could be fixed and an appt was made for the following day. The following day I arrive for my appt on time and was made to wait 90 mins before being seen. That is not acceptable to make someone wait that long, when an appt was made at a certain time, more so due to the fact I was there to have my hair fixed. After all that, it looks like my hair has been cut in one straight line rather than styled and it is still crooked.

I always enjoy my visits to Insignia and find all the staff there very professional, friendly and talented.

I have had my hair done by a different staff member each time yet i walk away happy everytime! Love this salon! Definatley would recommend it!

I love getting my hair done by Emma at insignia hair and day spa, she always does an amazing job and my hair always looks fantastic, my friends and family always comment on my hair, I always recommend insignia hair and day spa, I am one very happy customer :)

I have been visiting Insignia for over 4 years. Even after moving to the Hills I still come back to see these girls. They are all so well trained and I trust any of them to do my hair. Emma is usually my hairdresser however this visit Stephanie looked after. I went a bit different with a short cut and beautiful colour. I love my new style and appreciate the great advice and knowledge from Stephanie. Every visit I leave happy and excited about my latest cut! :)

I love my time at insignia,you all take pride in what you do,love getting my hair done by the very talented Colour Queen Amanda , and if she tells me that what I want isn't going to suit me,well no means no ,love telling as many ppl as I can that if you what the best done go to Insignia
