I always look forward to each Insignia appointment, Emma is approachable making me feel at ease working out how I want my hair. Emma is an amazing colourist and always cuts my hair how we discussed. Have never left there unhappy!

I asked for my regrowth done, with a colour change from what I went in with, want to make my regrowth lighter also. It was suggested foils, I've had these done at insignia prvious and it left me with lines on the side of my head when I'd pull my hair up into a pony, I have gotten home and I have stripes again and my grey regrowth was not attended to, even though a toner was applied.. Jess started my hair and then Mitch finished it due to end of shift. I wasn't aware of an issue till Mitch told me there was one and that everyone was taking about it and what Jess had started and planned with Mitch to complete was apparently incorrect way to receive what I had asked for. Apart from the stripes that I asked not to be there and my grey regrowth still being there everything else it nice.

I have never had a poor experience at Insignia and I get a lot of hair and beauty treatments and have been to many salons. A strength of each visit I've had has been that they have listened to what I want and then they deliver it. The staff are professional and make me feel comfortable and I feel like I am in good hands. Melissa is also always very accommodating with bookings. I keep going back because the service is always good and I'm very particular about what I want and since I spend a lot of money on hair and beauty, I expect to get what I want - and they have always delivered that.

After waiting 30min i was finally seated and was greeted by the colour stylist i was assigned After discussing what i was after, i was then guided in the right direction as to what was going to happen Unfortunately due to delay in being seated, i was told that my stylist only had time to do minimum foils, which was pretty disappointing The overall result was stunning though, the colour came out well balanced and blended and my cut was great I will be returning as i am happy with my colour and got what I wanted in the end, even though the styling was time poor

Thanks to the staff at Insignia. The happy environment, and professional staff made my second visit a happy one. Mitch my stylist is just great at cutting and colour, I would recommend him to my friends. Being older, some salons make you uncomfortable.....not here! Thanks again. Pauline
