Receptionists and salon managers are sometimes underrated. In this instance you can see that the salon has suffered with not having someone driving the appointments and front desk.

Best money for value. Marianne was brilliant as always. As long as Marianne is there I will continue to be a regular.

I left feeling so relaxed. The staff made sure I was comfortable at all times & explained aspects of my treatments throughout. I felt so pampered!

I cannot possibly speak more highly of Jess. She done a fantastic job on my highlights - I absolutley love the colour and Jess stayed back well past her 9:00pm finish time so thankyou Jess - much appreciated :)

I enjoyed my visit found the staff lovely and welcoming ,customer service here is far far better then any other salons I've been to. I didn't have my hair done by Mitchel but he definatly stood out to me I can't remember the hair colorist who did my hair but i can remember him ,you could just tell he had passion and was very vibrant and made the clients feel welcome.the therapist I had was still very lovely she just seamed unhappy but she was very nice but u could just tell she'd rather not be dying my hair .I am happy with my hair it's not as good as other times I've been but I'm still happy , though it is very dry and I had a far more flyaway hairs after probably from snapping and then ends when wet are streatchy and weak and quiet damaged I've had bleaching product in my hair many times and it's never been Like it before ( once after I bleached it 3 times in 2 weeks when I was 15) so I'm disappointed about that but there's not much that can be done.I have recommended insignia to family it's on the more expensive but usually its great value.One thing I noticed is I didn't hear one staff member mention any products to anyone I had to ask which is a strange thing to not be recommended anything ,I know some clients get annoyed ,I just think it's how you ask and how well you listen to the client .You can rec in a way that's not pushy. The staff at Insignia are always polite, professional and all seem to be happy to work there which says a lot of the working environment. I have always left feeling great and would highly recommend them to anyone.
