I only had a treatment but for $50!i would expect to be in the salon for longer than 5mins! No scalpt massage (even just a bit to massage the treatment in!), no hot towel - just slapped the treatment on and away I went!! I know I was going home with the treatment but just massage it in! Rather disappointed! I have had the treatment done at other salons and they have taken much longer and much more attention to detail.

I orginally booked I'm with Alicia however she was away sick (feel better soon) so I was assigned to Mitchell for the first time. I had my hair treatment done by a lovely young lady sadly I forget her name but think it starts with a K. I have had three treatments by her and her manners and head massage are amazing. I look forward to seeing this young girl. She does a great job of brushing out knots as my hair tangles when wet and she doesnt hurt. After my wonderful treatment Mitchell saw me at and asked what I was after once I was at the chair for my cut Mitchell asked again how I would like my haircut and was understanding when I forgot the word layering and knew what I was talking about. I showed Mitchell a photo of my hair cut and told him how Alicia and I normally do my hair however for I don't think I will explain to him if I have him next time as Mitchell has a natural talent with hair. I normally wouldn't see anyone else esp before going away on a holiday however I have seen Mitchell in my other visit in the past with Alicia and I have seen how wonderful she is towards him and he towards her I knew I was in good hands. Mitchell was pleasant and had the right amount of small talk. I can honestly say I between Mitchell and Alicia I will never have to go with out a hair dresser I trust. It's taken me many years to come across talent like the those two and I'm happy as can be. Feel better soon Mitchell and Alicia. Xo

From the moment you enter Insignia you are greeted with a warm smile. The service is always professional. The team are also great for a laugh to brighten up the mood. I recently started taking my daughter also for her waxing. She's only 12 and loves it. She loves Maryanne's gentle touch. We will always visit Insignia for our hair and beauty needs. Awesome place! 😍

I received a voucher for mothers day for a package. It included facial, massage, full body exfoliation and wrap, vichy shower and shampoo/dry. I felt my experience was very disjointed, in between all of these treatments i had to get completely redressed to go to the next room, it was a very cold day - an offer of a robe would have been great. The experience felt disorganised as after my massage I was going to be sent to have my hair done prior to my exfoliation and vichy shower until I mentioned this seemed silly. My "full body" exfoliation involved having the front of my legs, arms and chest applied with a scrub. The back of my body was not exfoliated in any way. The voucher described a "personalised wrap" - apparantly that was what was rubbed on my legs and arms?.. The facial and massage were wonderful and Steve did an amazing job an my hair. I don't see myself returning for the whole experience was not great, I actually felt as though Nobody had organised it properly. Disappointed.
