I didn't receive any professional advice as I knew what I was after, so I didn't really rate this. Tell your clients what you are doing at the basin - I had about 4 things go in my hair & was not told what was going in. The 2 previous times I was there I did have toner put in - both those times it was left in for a while, this time it was rinsed out immediately after being massaged into my scalp & combed through. Also the 2 previous times I had the same stylist, Alana (who I was happy with) & expected to see her at this appointment. I was confused when I was told my appointment was with someone else. Nobody had told me about the whereabouts of Alana & I found out about her whereabouts whilst eavesdropping on another conversation next to me. Let the clients of particular stylists know when their appointment will need to be with someone else. I loved Alana's work both times & told this stylist I wanted to have the exact same blonde to natural colour ratio, just touch up the roots of the existing blonde. I specifically said I did not want to be more blonde than what I was. However, when I had a good look in the mirror when I got home I didn't like my hair - I am a lot more blonde on top & more natural underneath - it almost looks 2 toned. This is not what I requested & I am very disappointed. The look I am after is dominant natural with some blonde highlights throughout (which is what I would like for my wedding next year). Now I feel like I'll need to get a colour matching my natural colour put through next time - an added expense which should not incur. My stylist constantly stopped to assist people at the front desk - she apologised each time, however perhaps you could consider having a permanent front desk person. Overall I loved the 2 previous appointments - this one was quite disappointing.
