Today I messed up my booking. Completely forgot to book a blow dry and cut but wasn't worried because I've always had great hair here and thought I'd come back at another time to do this. After leaving I thought I would grab some leave in condition from another "hair product" store on the way home. The workers there proceeded to tell me my hair was damaged beyond repair, even though I had explained that I had only just left the salon and it wasn't full blow dried yet. They freaked me out enough that I went back to insignia. ( feeling really embarrassed to be coming back) Celine was out immeadiately and reassured me that my hair was fine and even took the time to smooth and blow dry it, even though they were all flat out. She made me really comfortable and it felt good to be able to come back and have the confidence and reassurance that she gave me. Had I not come back and spoken to her I would have been devastated and likely not gone back. I'm so glad I did becuase she confirmed what I had always known, having been a customer for a year and half there, this is a quality salon that prides itself on great hair and great customer service. I'm so happy and so thankful for my new hair ( that is not damaged and perfectly healthy lol) great job Celine

After a few months of research and nerves I finally decided to get my eyebrows microbladed. Having a great trust with Insignia and looking at Olivia's previous work I had every faith that this would be an amazing experience, I was not wrong. Arriving with a few nerves Olivia settled them and went through all the steps and answered all my questions. In what seemed like no time at al everything was finished and I had a beautiful result. I cannot stop looking at myself and my new brows. Olivia consulted with me on shape and colour to make sure it was right. Absolutely great experience and felt I was in the best hands !
