Very happy with service and hair colour, although foils are not applied at the root of the hair and product not completly washed out.

Myself & daughter Kirsty have been coming to insignia for many years. She had her make up done & hair done for her year 12 formal . They did a fantastic job . She was bell of the ball . Everyone commented on how fantastic she looked . Thank you for making her feel extra special.

Hard to contact the salon via phone but in salon service was excellent. Very happy and will definitely be back.

I orginally booked I'm with Alicia however she was away sick (feel better soon) so I was assigned to Mitchell for the first time. I had my hair treatment done by a lovely young lady sadly I forget her name but think it starts with a K. I have had three treatments by her and her manners and head massage are amazing. I look forward to seeing this young girl. She does a great job of brushing out knots as my hair tangles when wet and she doesnt hurt. After my wonderful treatment Mitchell saw me at and asked what I was after once I was at the chair for my cut Mitchell asked again how I would like my haircut and was understanding when I forgot the word layering and knew what I was talking about. I showed Mitchell a photo of my hair cut and told him how Alicia and I normally do my hair however for I don't think I will explain to him if I have him next time as Mitchell has a natural talent with hair. I normally wouldn't see anyone else esp before going away on a holiday however I have seen Mitchell in my other visit in the past with Alicia and I have seen how wonderful she is towards him and he towards her I knew I was in good hands. Mitchell was pleasant and had the right amount of small talk. I can honestly say I between Mitchell and Alicia I will never have to go with out a hair dresser I trust. It's taken me many years to come across talent like the those two and I'm happy as can be. Feel better soon Mitchell and Alicia. Xo
