I was surprised to receive a gift voucher in the mail from Insignia just because it was my birthday. That was a very nice touch! As I've never received anything from the other salons I've been to in the past. I go back to Insignia because I like the way Alana cuts my hair, the service is great, it's close to where I live and parking is convenient! And the price is really good because I'd go back more often than less. Two thumbs up from me!

Destiny was fantastic at applying my party lashes and very welcoming. She adjusted them to suit my preference and did a great job. Will book her again for my next function.
