I recently had my hair done by Phoebe at Insignia Hair & Day Spa and I would highly recommend this salon. I am extremely happy with the colour and the cut that Phoebe has done is one of the best I have ever had. The service and friendliness of all the staff was fantastic and made for a very enjoyable experience. I have had so many compliments on my hair so I am very happy.
