Thank you so much Selena and co, for fixing my hair today. I never find it easy to speak up, when I am not satisfied. But everyone at Insignia Hair and Day understood, and quickly rectified the situation. I know that hair colours can react with the natural pigments (melanin) in individuals. I will definitely be back.

As my hair dried out more, a pink hue was more evident. My husband’s reaction that night was of shock. My work colleagues all describe the colour as pink. The photo attached is of my hair before the first home wash. I was hoping the next wash would calm the colour down. But the pink just became more evident. I put the hair treatment on yesterday and my hair still has a pink brassy tone. I was pleased with the cut and I am sure the hairdresser is experienced, but this colour has not turned out as myself (the client) nor hairdresser expected. The colour is meant to be dark. I need to have this hair colour fixed.

Great service as usual! A very professional and highly skilled team who go out of their way to make clients feel special. Just one thing....who changed the coffee? Previous version was better :-)

As per usual, I left the salon feeling extremely satisfied! I've had the same hairstyle for 6-7 years now and I decided it was time for something completely different and new. NATALIE provided an exceptional service. She cut my hair EXACTLY as I requested, she explained to me what she was doing the whole time, gave me very helpful Haircare advice and once the haircut was finished she spent some time with me showing me how to style it. I've always had anxiety about new hairstyles at other salons but at INSIGNIA I felt so comfortable putting my trust in Nat. She's a beautiful hairdresser, 10/10. Will always book my appointments with her!
