Receptionists and salon managers are sometimes underrated. In this instance you can see that the salon has suffered with not having someone driving the appointments and front desk.

I always get outstanding service here. The ladies are so nice and social. They all do great consistent work.

Always pleasant, courteous staff who listen to what you want. Online booking service is great and automatically enters into IPad calendar. You are offered a coffee and feel relaxed, none of that business some salons carry out with multiple clients at once whilst you sit waiting with your chemicals frazzling away your hair. Always a good experience and pleased with both hair stylists I have seen there, Olivia and Jessica.

Very busy for a Monday. Needed more experienced staff on. Shampoo was quick and unpleasant with lots of hair pulling, cold water and splashing. Senior hairdresser was attentive and apologetic about wait. Overall a good experience. A crèche service might be inviting to clients and staff with young children.
