I love coming to a insignia. The staff never make you feel self conscious, or judge you when it's been a bit too long between eyebrow waxes. I love the online booking system, it's so convenient. I don't love the prices, but for the service they provide and the environment, I think the price is reasonable. I had my hair done by Emma - she is great. She gives great advice and understands hair 'issues'. I would definitely recommend Emma to everyone I know. I had all of my waxing and tinting done by Maryanne - very knowledgable and understanding. She makes you feel completely comfortable and at ease. Once again I would recommend Maryanne to everyone I know.
